I was tasked by InovCares to identify the pain points in their newest UI prototype. InovCares seeks to relieve those who don’t have easily accessible medical help at their disposal provided through the InovCares mobile app. I sought out participants looking for an easy way to access holistic health and wellness care to test and interact with the new app to gain any insights and pain points for users.

Code Your Dreams is a non-profit organization that works using a take a class, give a class model. They work to provide coding classes to students in under-served communities in Chicago. The organization partners with schools and community centers to hold their programs. Brianne Caplan, the founder also started CoderHeroes as a way to continue to share coding lessons to students online during Covid-19. Our team was contacted by the Office of the Chief Technology Officer in Washington D.C. to research, evaluate, and design a platform that assists DC career shifters in their quest to explore, identify and land a job in their desired field. Ultimately, we hoped to create path finder platform that provides a culmination of information on industries for those who have little to no knowledge about their desired fields — as well as provide them with a guide to landing that job. …
CONTEXT
Our team was tasked with understanding the Keezy Classic app and its offerings to build a new app that aligns with Keezy’s products and services.
GOAL
Our goal was to incorporate the Keezy sound board into a learning environment that works to best serve different learning styles.
